Why can't I access FTP?

It is possible you are not using the correct login credentials that we provided to you in your cPanel Welcome Email. If you are certain that you are using the correct login information, it is possible your ip address may have been blocked by our firewall. This tends to happen when a user forgets their username and/or password and tries to connect too many times to the FTP server. If you feel you have been blocked by our firewall, please email support@rocksolidnet.com
