What is a parked domain?

A parked domain is an inactive domain reserved later use or one that points to another existing domain.

For example, the domain name for your hosting account is "yourdomain.com" and you also have registered "yourdomain.tld".  You may want to point domain.net to the domain.com. Internet users can now access your Web site using either domain name.

There is a "Park Domains" tool in your cPanel control panel.

Important Note: We offer many easy to follow video tutorials related to basic cPanel operation and other features related to your hosting account.
