How do I enable secure email?

In order to enable secure email in your mail client, you must first know the particular server name your site is hosted on. This information was provided to you in your welcome email. If you do not have or know this information, please email support@rocksolidnet.com.

1. First open your respective mail client and go to your account settings. You can view our Email Help Desk Videos if you do not know how to do this,
